However, program details, schedules, pricing, availability, transportation routes, activities, hours, and policies may change.

Submitting an inquiry, enrollment form, tour request, or other website form does not automatically guarantee enrollment or placement in a NextWave Kids program. Enrollment is subject to availability, eligibility, completed registration requirements, required documentation, payment, program policies, transportation availability when applicable, and final confirmation from NextWave Kids.

Prices displayed on the website are subject to applicable program terms and may change for future enrollments. Any promotional or Founding Family pricing is subject to the specific conditions communicated at enrollment. Existing families will be governed by the pricing and enrollment terms included in their applicable enrollment agreement.

School pickup and transportation may be available only for designated schools, routes, schedules, and enrollment levels. A school appearing on our website does not necessarily guarantee transportation availability for every family. Transportation arrangements must be confirmed by NextWave Kids.

Activities shown or described on the website are representative of the types of experiences NextWave Kids may provide. Specific activities may vary by day, season, age group, staffing, weather, enrollment, availability, and other operational considerations.

Some photographs, renderings, enhanced images, or design concepts displayed on the website may illustrate planned spaces, future improvements, program concepts, or representative activities. Actual facilities, furnishings, equipment, activities, and program experiences may differ.

Parents and guardians are responsible for providing complete and accurate information during enrollment, including emergency contacts, authorized pickup information, health-related information requested by the program, school information, and other required documentation. Additional program policies and enrollment agreements may apply before a child begins attending NextWave Kids.

Cancellation, billing, notice periods, credits, refunds, and related enrollment terms will be governed by the applicable registration or enrollment agreement. Website language such as "cancel anytime" does not override any notice requirements or billing terms contained in an executed enrollment agreement.

The NextWave Kids name, branding, logo, website design, text, graphics, photographs, and other website materials are owned by or licensed to NextWave Kids and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, scheduling platforms, maps, social media platforms, or other providers. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and policies.

The website is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on this website replaces the specific terms contained in a signed enrollment agreement, parent handbook, transportation agreement, waiver, or other program document.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NextWave Kids will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising solely from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or obligations that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
